Tango Portfolio – The Netherlands

Acquired off-market, the TANGO Portfolio consist of 838,000 sq ft within 12 office buildings located throughout the Netherlands. The individual assets offer a combination of long term income received from a range of high quality tenants at the same time as providing scope for asset management of currently vacant space, renewal of existing leases, and upgrading the building energy labels.

The portfolio offers diversity of income by location, tenant business segment, and the expiration of leases. Despite the difficult office market in the Netherlands, TANGO portfolio remains a stable investment, with 75% of the revenues resulting from long term high credit tenancy.

The cash flow generated by the investment represents a regular actual cash yield in excess of 8.0% p.a. The investment is financed by FGH Bank, the real estate arm of RABO Bank.
